Tips Ver 1

You should have bought mine biggrin

Tips Ver 2

That motad exhaust has a horrible restrictive pipe in what looks to be the link pipe, I found it when dropping the internals of a viper can into the skin of the motad - result Road legal stamped noisy can

The clutch springs are quite weak and doesn't take much wear in the clutch for it to slip HD versions are worth it

Don't use after market Fork Seals ;-)

If you do the fork seals the antidive mechanism takes a while to get back to normal - don't ride it fast till it is

I'll let you know tomorrow as I've not tried it yet. Valve has been left open and lock wired. Shop didnt lock wire it but I read they have a resonance at 10,800rpm that has been known to close it. Sounds mad but read this by quite a few so didnt want to take a chance.

Looking at YouTube dyno's it looks smoother, a little bit less typically (1-2bhp) bottom, about the same mid and about 4-5bhp more top end. Last dyno mine made 150.97bhp at Colchester Aprilia & Kawasaki so I'll get it back on there soon enough

Yes the latter - had an issue with the unit burning out, could've done it under warranty but did the race map instead. All cables, unit etc removed so valve just stays open however they are know to vibrate partly closed at high rpm

Cheers George I feel like I'm finally getting to grips with it after 2 years, I've found that not getting totally pissed the night before helps no end.

Dug the Aprilia out of the garage for one of the rare days I actually use it, went down to a local meet with my old man on his 675 street triple, thought there was gonna be a couple of hundred bikes at least, ended up being about 50! Best photo I got was on my drive!

Few pics from Founders Day at Stamford Hall, Leics, new event to me, focused on the (even) older stuff mainly brit stuff , some fantastic machines about and the owners/riders where real characters, everyone got a chance to ride their bike around the arena, which gives everyone else the chance to hear the bikes as well.

Much expensive rust to haggle over..

Even MW can make an ugly bike, was disappointingly quiet as well...

Built in the riders shed! Scooter underneath the bodywork..

My personal favourite, 1914 sidecar/machine gun platform combo...
