If that's for real and not a skilled video artist with a Mac and far too much spare time... WTF, ROFL, etc. Also, what on earth is the rider wearing? Looks like a sensible back protector in his jacket so presumably is aware of protective clothing... but those shoes? And that 'helmet' No gloves, too. But he's only rollin' on chrome (or whatever) and at that speed, would be OK in a spill
Insane. Utterly insane. But the world would be a far poorer place without stuff like this - I love it

That thing has never done more than 30mph, and is un-rideable (and it's not a BIke.This is how to do it properly.

Love the way he nearly falls off just starting the engine SpinningPlates said:
Much as I love the Y2k, that has to be the most pointless race ever. They've given the aircraft a fixed speed and start when it's a predefined distance behind, I could beat it on a bicycle using those rules!Edited by RizzoTheRat on Sunday 23 May 10:45

500bhp bike - check, Boots - check, Leathers - check, helmet - check, Gloves - uuuummmmmmmm!!!!Gentlemen & any others, read only the first 2 pages, quick search of like for like laptimes F1 vs Moto GP - F1 (Hamilton & friends) circa 1min 30, Rossi et al over 2 mins. at Suzuka.
On the A'bahn, I've found that bikes kick arsch in acceleration ( obviously), but above 230 km/h or so, they move over to let cars by. Observed numerous times.
Lots of situations where one or the other (bike/ car) will be quicker.
