My Dad has his 310 dropped off this afternoon, despite the face, he really is pleased with it, daft sod fell down the stairs earlier in the morning so wasnt up to riding it but hopefully tomorrow..
Basic it may be Vs everything else modern but even the tech took a while to set the time on it!

I nearly got one for mrs but she went for ktm390duke. Same sort of thing. After taking hers for a service it has to be said these 400 ish cc singles and twins comming out at the moment are a lot of fun. You forget how much less weight and size eases use.
Once up to speed I can propper hustler hers along.

Good ol’ lad. I’ve only recently got my license and am on the other side of the planet to my Dad so have never ridden with him. Hopefully do that when he comes over in December, I think it’ll be a really beautiful bonding time.Birky_41 said:
Gonna do snett end of the month on the gsxr but thought I'd bring the Tuono along too for a couple sessions in the afternoon
I know the noise police are hot there so I got this baffle fitted... You reckon it'll be ok?
Hard to tell, ive experienced some from the same manufacturer which were surprisingly noisy under load....I know the noise police are hot there so I got this baffle fitted... You reckon it'll be ok?
Few pics from yesterdays Ace Cafe 2T meet, camera on my phone decided to play up(I think from it being mounted on the bars of the bike) so apologies for the occasional blurred shot. Some fab tiddlers on show again.
2000+ miles on a FS1E down route 66 should be a crack, John?!
2T Harley from around 1976 IIRC
KR1 was a one owner from new and still had the original alarm fitted...and working.....and the engine had never been opened either...double miracle...
RD550LC looked almost stock...
RD400 had Ohlins RWU forks and carbon rims as well as load of other neat mods...sounded fab.

My brother had an Aermacchi/HD SS250 in about 1982. We could find only one spares supplier in the UK, the parts were ludicrously expensive (luckily it only needed sprockets), and it was the second most vibratory motorcycle that I've ever ridden, which is quite an achievement, considering that pole position is occupied by an oil-in-frame BSA A65. The air-cooled Yamaha RD350 that replaced it was a great improvement.
