I haven't even sat on the R1 since checking the water levels in Portugal. I might need some instruction.

I've only done half a day at Donington since Portugal so thats 1.5 days on track since September last year.

I'm gonna be well rusty. Yeah, just over an hour North of Croft.

He stayed on, not spoke to him but he's just been texting me asking if I fancy an evening session at Cadwell this Sunday so he must be OK.

I've done almost exactly the same there, went straight on after getting a false neutral and becoming distracted, slowed it down up the grassy knoll and then rejoined when the track was clear. Managed to get it on the GoPro too.

I've seen some nasty one's there, yet also the funniest.

It still rates as one of my favourite corners, especially on the 250, where you knock it down from top to fifth at full revs to keep the drive up the hill. I wouldn't dare try that on the R1

It is great, it's almost impossible to go in too fast, but it's getting that through to the sensible part of your brain.
