Without trying to sound like a bit of a pussy, is it at all off putting when you are motoring along on the mountain at say 120 when a sports bike shoots past you at 180?
You've just got to keep your wits about you, that's the only downside for me there's fkin power rangers everywhere.j00pY said:

It's not the power rangers you want to be worried about, it's the 4wheeler boy racers running wide or heading for an apex as you overtake, even 2 abreast the 180mph boi's will find a way past slower riders, - half the quick guys are actually racers themselves getting in some practice and they'll know if you're going for the same piece of tarmac as them and pull back, there's nothing worse that a cage pushing you towards the outside of a fast corner because he's running out of grip and if you touch the brakes you're gone.. ferraris & porsches surprisingly keep out of your way and despite limited rearward visibility have way better observation skills than your average shopping trolley pilot with a sports exhaust.Edited by Brendan Lennon on Monday 13th January 22:15

Hopefully See you on the road, stay safe buddy
I'm there again, out overnight May 23rd, back morning of June 1st. Staying at Cronk Aashen farm for a change so hoping to find some nice convenient spots around Barregarrow. Looks like they have reduced the number of Fan Zones this year. The platform they put up at Rhencullen was quite convenient during practice week so will be interesting to see if the restrictions change this year if thats removed.

I still have to wear a lid, earplugs and decent bike jacket as they're just as exposed to the elements as a bike having only a wind deflector.I'm hopefully meeting up with a few Facebook mates over there,so might be a few of us out and about.
Don't see many of those fury's about up my way.Really nice cars)))
I'll stick to 4 wheels though and leave the biking to you lot.
Looking likely Micky D WILL be racing on the roads this year.
