BeWiser have pulled the plug for the last 2 BSB meetings leaving Danny Buchan and Chris Walker without a ride
They've supposedly already spent there budget and have nothing left in the kitty to repair Buchan's bike when he throws it down the road again this weekend.Fleegle said:

If I took it all too seriously I'd mention I did some 2m10s laps finding my feet on the GSXR with its fuel starvation issues before it expired completely, borrowed my mate's completely std 98 R1 (incl shock etc - my old spares bike) for the remaining two days and was generally 2m15s down to 2m20s when the part worns had completely had it.
Borrowing Fleegle's ZX10 I think I got a 2m12s on his lap timer for the one session he was brave enough to lend it to me. Never used race pattern shift before so it was all a bit of a patting your head with one hand while rubbing your stomach with the other situation! Didn't even put it into top at the end of the straight just to simplify things.
If I got used to it and started to push then it's 2m07s / 2m08s ?? before grey hairs start calling it a day.

I'm back to Yamaha for next year (PH exclusive), need to see out the current short term Suzuki contract (aka give the injectors to a mate to clean and put them on the flow meter before reassembling the lot and selling the big blue bd).
What year model?I'll be back on my 98 bike. Truth be told I had more fun on my mate's £1500 R1 chasing Desmosedecis and track prepped Jap stuff at the back end of Fast / top of Inters than going 5 seconds faster on the later stuff - it is a trackday after all and it's mainly the fun that counts.

Stop trying to get everyone else on a '15 R1 - it's you that needs to buy one!

I only asked what year model. What did I say to imply you should get a 2015 R1? I'll be back on my 98 bike. Get One anyway you tight tt, you can't leave it much longer at your age.
