Haven't heard from T666AKY for over a week (could be anywhere in the world, dead or alive)

As I've said numerous times I'm looking forward to seeing the faces behind these names on my computer screen.

First I need to dig out my bike from under my workbench, find all the bits and put it back together, change oil & filter, fit new rear tyre.

Hope it doesn't rain, as I'm a big wuss, who's not keen on getting wet. I think we are setting off on the Wednesday evening, still no idea where to stay overnight, any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Don't think were any places left (checked again today with Hobo) so we're off to Cadwell 10th March.

Say Hi to Simon T with the Mille R (and backup GSXR750) for me folks.

Never a problem as far as I have known.

If you do manage to "pop over", come and say hello to myself and simon.

"JCB" yellow, Honda & Kawasaki.

P.S. Shouldn't be hard to find as T666AKY looks like "Donny Osmond"

John.

lol, Hope I can get away from work to come over to Dono, sounds like fun.
I've done a few track days, including a week around 'the ring'. I don't want to use my current bike for track days, in case something happens.
Hopefully spring time I'm looking at a CBR6 or R6 for track days, tinkering, and put it on the road. So I'll be able to join in a few track days myself.
So, let me get this right, at Dono I'm looking for Donny Osmond, Michael Schumacher, and Eric Clapton. lol

Biker's Nemesis and T666AKY, were you at 'Stars of Darley' at the end of last year? I saw a JCB team there.

Sadly Eric Clapton will not be with us on Thursday, I belive that he has a concert at the City Hall mid week. Although he has been spotted driving around Northumberland in a silver
TVR.

T666AKY Should be back from London after his appearance on The Al Murray show tonight.

No I don't look like "that German" who drove for Ferrari.

Well what can I say, absolutely blinding day. Weather fantastic sunny all day not a drop of rain 14C.

T666acky had two falls, one in the van, and one on the track, both were plonker related. The track one was tyre pressures too low, the van one I will let him explain that!!!

However, by the end of the day T666acky had taken at a guess 7-10 seconds off his lap time when circulating alone, and over 20secs a lap in traffic.

Nemesis was good and once he started using all the track very nice.
At the end of the day these boys were comfortably the quickest in the inter group, all on little 600's.

I had a fab time instructing to 2 of the nicest guys you are likely to meet, roll on croft.

Donnington Park, very scary first time round, but scobby 17 made the day for me, a proper gentleman on and off track. His knowlege and instruction turned the day round for me, if any one is a bit uncertain of going tracking then speak to scobby 17.

bow Big thank you to Scobby17 for his expert tuition and patience through out the day.
He was a big help explaining the correct lines through every corner and as T666AKY said
a proper gentleman to boot.

paperbag T666AKY. What a lucky man approx 100mph crash, Craner Curves - Old Hairpin area, wore through his leathers to the armour on the arms. Mainly cosmetic damage to the bike (crash bung did it's job well) He then pulled it over in the van damaging the other side. Not content with that, after dropping me off at home, a plank fell from the top of the van and dented the tank.

A few of my mates who race were there, using it as a practice day and one of them let me take his race bike out in the afternoon. Cheers Paul.

All in all a great day, didn't see anyone from PH there.

John.

Pleased to hear you were the fastest in the group 'Bikers nemesis' as i have spent a good few years chasing you, what a kick in the bollock's it would have been to find out you were actually not that fast[no chance of that].Pleased to hear you had a good day, makes me feel like making a comeback.[not]
