What are you riding? I do the same route and the sun drives me nuts morning and evening. Resorted to buying a Caeberg lid with an integral visor as i got so fed up with putting a dark one on my Arai and removing it every day.

I'll be sure to stick a leg out for you I'm on a black '07 Tiger and join at J8/9

I put a couple of strips of insulating tape at the top of my visor, which helps keep the sun out when its low.

went out yesterday morning with no scarf and no jacket liner and was frozen by the tim I got halfway to work.

put the liner in for today and was too hot!!

definitely colder this week though and here to stay

luckily I go away from the sun in the morning/evening so don't get blinded, nice and warm on the back as well

Just beware that people can't see you in the sun, though.
