Legal or illegal windows. I would be more concerned about people who might hit bikers with no insurance or who should not be dring in the first place.
No insurance as in being void due to illegal windows?
Ok Yep agreed on that see your point.

Ive missed this but someone with tinted front near/off side windows and sunglasses are dangerous. I have an attitude that everyone is out to get me at junctions but there comes a point where you have to go past. If she cant see you approach then it doesnt matter if she pulls out with a second to spare or a hundred yards, she still hasnt seen you and is still going to go.

On the subject of just letting her go, Im sure your attitude would change if she got out of her car and said 'Sorry I didnt see you' and you find out that 10 minutes earlier she had been stopped but let go for the very reason she couldnt see you.

Its the opposite of what I saw outside a local school. The local police were camped behind a hedge pointing a gun down the road looking for speeders in a 20mph zone (personally Im not sure if its a legal 20 as theres no road furniture). So the people come up the road at 30 or 40 and cant see the police behind the hedge, bang - fine and points and deservedly so. Had they seen the polic (i.e the police in their hi vis gear pointing a speed gun down the road) then they wouldnt have been speeding. Now heres the what if, they may catch someone doing 29mph but what happens if they had hit a child in the process? How much use were the police then?

Exactly. What should have happened is the biker let the car go past & follow it until it got stuck in traffic. Then pulled up along side & kicked its wingmirror off just before speeding off into the distance.

Why oh why would you want to stand at the side of the road & be spoke to like a child by a copper for 30 minutes ?

the guys an idiot, first class...

Dunno, but someone on the SV forums took out a deer a while back eek

That biker got off quite lightly with the 6 points and £750 fine. slightly surprised about that.

when a judge suggests that a police officer maybe needs to consider further training after viewing prosecution evidence and the coppers evidence on the stand, you would be calling him a cock as well.

sorry mitz, we will have to agree to disagree on this one..
