Nice little blast yesterday, only stopped for one photo although went past a roadside photographer so should have a couple of ‘action shots’ of the new bike soon wink

Sorry to here that. I too went out for solo coffee (and tart) chilly ride. Got down to 2.5C, still quite a bit of snow around.

Bob, what tyres do you have on this and are they much compromised on tarmac?
It's a TKC80 on the front, and a Mitas E07+ on the rear. You can slightly feel the knobbiness at slow speeds, but not too much. I'll put up with that for their amazing off-road performance. The Mitas is nearly as good off-road as a TKC80 but lasts a lot longer.

No, you aren't allowed to, due to unexploded ordnance that may be knocking around. That was the closest tank, there were plenty more in the distance.

Yesterday's Southend shakedown was a complete washout. Only 3 bikes in the offical carpark when I turned up at 10am. Must have been less than 30 when I left after it dryed up at 2ish.

Had to swing by work on the way home so I popped to the bike shed in Shoreditch. What a great place. Shame there was nobody there!

Just happened to go though West London on my way home so went via the LWR start line. Yes I'm one of those Ewan and Charlie wannabes biglaugh

A nice looking KB1-A 2 seat Bimota. The passenger pegs are discretly countersunk into the rear tail piece fairing.

I used to live on Salisbury plain, it’s a great playground, we did “inadvertently” mountain bike over to Imber cross country, there a lot of old military wrecks lying around

Just got back from Germany having done the bank holiday weekend over there

Weather was iffy Thursday and crap Friday but brilliant Saturday Sunday and Monday

Got a lot of footage and if I get time I'll get a post up on it all. Not been in 4 years and this time round explored more with some absolutely cracking roads

Ferry out and le shuttle back

Did the ring few times and GP too

Chased a KTM X-Bow GT-XR on one sesh which mid corner on the tight stuff was phenomenal

I own an Alfa myself so seeing this very special GTA took my fancy. Went on track with him but unfortunately camera didn't record - my error. Sounded lovely following for a bit

I also had a ringside photographer take some pics... They liked my helmet design

Loads more content I'll try sift through soon
