The guy next to me last year at snetterton was complaining he was boiling his fluid on the last session and he had adjust span adjuster on the way round just to be able to brake! Turns out it was the lever slowly bending!! It was a good job he noticed as another session could have seen it snap! Not good on a track which has 170 + mph straights.

Yep and you can hear it happeneing as I'm going up Clay Hill, the bike starts bogging down, which is the brakes binding then bang I'm tarmac surfing.
The only reason I fitted them was I wasn't happy with the feel and lever travel of the front brake the night before I set off to the TD and didn't have time to piss about so just bunged the levers on to give me a bit more adjustment over the standard ones as the brakes felt spongy, they had been in the bottom of my toolbox for the last couple of years, I had my standard levers in my toolbox at oulton
And Yazza, it was halfway round the second sighting lap , not the third
It's well known on the TT Dave that the standard MC is too small hence the spongy lever after bleeding ... Had the same problem with the Wife's TT600 and upgrading the MC sorted it. If it's the twin vs IL4 thing, they do need to be ridden differently compared to an IL motor.

To be fair for a bike he didn't like and had worn out suspension I thought he was doing well.If it's the twin vs IL4 thing, they do need to be ridden differently compared to an IL motor.
He was quicker than the last track day he did so was going well but if you don't feel comfortable then it's not going to be much fun.
