Recently picked my bike up from Highland Motorcycle Dyno. I had a PC5 installed and a dyno tune set up. Made as near as 139bhp and 73lbft of torque at the rear wheel. Very happy.
Nice. That is good figures for a 929, mine went back on the dyno for a PC3 map tweak after cleaning the induction side of things.
132bhp & 72lbft
Dynojet dyno horses are always stronger
Whilst they are good figures, as we all know you can't take much notice of the numbers. It's more to do with the curve and any increases you get over a baseline figure the same day after tweaking.

I've never ridden a scooter am I missing out?
Are they actually quite fun
Probably not in Scotland unless in a city centre. Are they actually quite fun
Great fun in town down South where every Saturday towns are grid locked - you can ride them like a complete cocktard and no-one worries. Nothing blitzes traffic like them - motorbikes in urban environments are too heavy have limited turning circles. You never get stuck on a scooter. They crash fantastically too. I've never crashed a scooter that I haven't been able to pick up and still get home on it - in fact often nothing is even broken!
For me though, it's as much about dry feet, zero running costs and disposable powered two wheeler for the station. It saves me £1400+ per year vs a car now. Unfortunately thievery is a problem so I've already covered the RHS in duck tape to make it look crash repaired and after it's been treated with ACF50 and GT85, it won't get washed again, to make it less attractive - just more and more layers of ACF50/GT85.

I normally only ride my scooter to work and back, but I took it out for fun today and made this short video.

It's a fking sad state of affairs when you have to do something like that. My company motor insurers won't cover the Fazers for theft unless they have a tracker fitted, even though they are both over 10years old. The reason? Because they are used for commuting into London and they are parked on the street. Andy XRV said:
