I was a midges baw hair from sleeping in the car. Words cannot describe how fowl it is getting out a tent and clipping the outside of it sending rain water down your backside.

Anyone who enjoys camping, (and im not talking about 20 degree nights) and goes only to camp, should be lined up and shot.

I need to turn the skoda into some sort of Top Gear mobile hotel when I do these track days. That's a plus, the big taxi is fking awesome at this. It swallows everything, and with the 300 pounds of torque can still pull away from most of the st on the road with the bike on the back, whilst returning 33 mpg sitting at 80 for most of the way there and back.

They could pay me to camp there and I will never, ever do it again. It was the single worst experience of my life. If I can't book a B&B or ideally a decent hotel then I'm not going to the day.

It's that simple. Words can not describe how utterly and completely st camping is.

Jesus Christ lads what happened to you in that campsite? Is there something you're not telling us? biglaugh

I'm not arsed by camping, take it or leave it personally. Does this mean we're upgrading to a B&B for Croft MTB?

Don't care about the fractionally increased cost if it will mean I don't have to teach you to put up a tent or put up with your whinging.

When is the Croft day you and MTB are doing?

Surely Croft must be a bit more civilised than Wales? I'm not a camper either!

It instantly brought back memories of my only camping holiday when I was 16 with my mates. One of my friends talked us all into going camping in the lakes, he had been to the same campsite every year for decades with his family. We all thought it would be a laugh, he told us how great it would be so we went.

The misery that unfolded was unbearable, there was nothing to do, it pissed of rain most of the time, it was boring as fk, freezing cauld, the tents leaked, you had to walk half a mile to shower, then when you got there, you had to feed it 20p for 3 minutes of luke warm water, which would always cut off just as you had shampoo in your eyes. We lived on baked beans for a week and I never shat as the toilets were so manky.

We were all sat around the camp saying how much we hated it and wanted to go home, each one of us had developed a unified deep hatred for this man that's still with us today. He comes back from a shower and goes "this is great, how good is this, even the showers are gid, I just spent 60 pence because I was enjoying it that much, come on even the showers are gid". The only reason we survived it was by taking some sort of sick pleasure in the sheer bhing about our now ex friend's deranged pleasure in camping.

Yes, or ill sleep in the car and you can put a tent up.

There is no way in hell im getting up at first light with a hangover, freezing cauld, dismantling a fking tent that's soaking wet, on wet grass, even when it hasn't fking rained for days, then going to do a track day.

Me and captain Chaos should be there on the 20th April if his taxi doesn't break down.

Either's fine, as I say it doesn't bother me, but hotel is obviously less hassle. Just let me know how much I owe you.

I still think you're a bunch of Jessies. Big hard bikers crying over a bit of damp and can't even put a bloody tent together.

And a bench to drink our bottles of Bucky on. Bargain. Get it booked.

Infact just make sure the car isn't miles away.

You won't get three bikes on your trailer.
