Crashes table, may be
Unlikely, 4 crashes in a weekend at Germany, parctically 1 a session, must be costing Yamaha a fortune.Lincsblokey said:
No, they wont work.
The Aprilia is massively underpowered as standard, and the BSB rules on engine tuning make it a bike that simply wouldnt cut the mustard.
My Money would be on a pair of Ducati's, Birdy & Ducati have a good relationship and BSB need a big team to run them, Easton was magical on a ducati and has a two year deal, the rumour mill puts Laverty & Easton on one side of the garage and Shakey +1 on the Rapid Kawasaki side...
My sources from PBM tell me it's between BMW (most likely option) and Ducati. The Aprilia is massively underpowered as standard, and the BSB rules on engine tuning make it a bike that simply wouldnt cut the mustard.

Also there are plans for them to be doing the roads next year too.

5, you say?
Yep the standard answer seems to be Hizzy and Foggy did well at the TT therefore very rider can succeed at both. They conveniently forget all the good TT riders who struggle with short tracks. Like McGuinness, all 873 Dunlops, Anstey, Cummins, Amor and so on. And I have you more than 5 per rider as there were 873 Dunlops in my list LoonR1 said:

So 15 years ago he won a junior race series and then a few points scoring finishes. The point I'm making is that he doesn't win short circuit championships for fun, not do those who go road racing from short circuits automatically excel either.
