Yeah, shame, but the way some dicks ride past there made it pretty inevitable something would be done. As always, a small minority ruin it for the rest. This is where I went yesterday, the route changed a bit as part of it was closed by the Police.

Nice route that, I miss the Lincs roads. I agree about that spot around the woods, there was always serious bellendery on show
I've only been up here since 2018 but it didn't take long to find all the decent roads, they all seem to be just off one of the main road east of Lincoln.

I was out today to finish off the last of the rear before it gets replaced tomorrow and ended up limping home with a puncture.

A nice fettle after a great Sunday morning ride. Did not see many out in the Vale of Pewsey this morning.

New mini-cowl fitted and pillion pegs removed.

What an excellent weekend!

Rykas has also had a nice facelift.

Food is marginally better too.

Mint route that, it’s been a couple of years since I last did it though. Will have to make the effort to do it again this year.

What do the "abs" and other symbols mean on the map? As in, why do they show?

That is where the ABS has kicked in. The others are the maximum lean angle left and right. It’s from the BMW app.

Indeed, I try to avoid that area now, which is a shame.

I was also out yesterday. Had a run out to Sykehouse then over to Thorne and Goole, back via Selby.

Been tinkering with my new ped. £7.95 to get it running so very happy. Just need to do a few evenings on it for a good refresh and it'll be good to go. Will sell that bloody good Peugeot Kisbee after which has done me proud

Went Moto-X yesterday. Felt really good on pace and fitness picking up. Lack of seat time showed & switch of class but I'm feeling more my old self now

Good job we're all different - that looks like the sort of place I'd ride miles to avoid!
Around here, the place to be seen seems to be Jeremy Clarkson's farm, people go there from miles away, seemingly, just to stand about in long queues...

This is more the level of "people engagement" that I like...

If you're around there the B1202 then A157 up to Louth are much better roads. The latter is my absolute favourite round there (yet to ride it on a bike, but I used to commute down it every day, it was an absolute joy).

Had some fun on the trails on Saturday. These are three parts of the same area by my house, very different riding conditions. My mate just picked up a CRF300L so I was showing him around.

Forgot how much I missed a screaming inline four. After 150 miles on the duke yesterday it felt weird as fk, very narrow and arse in the air. The ninja is a very civilised sports bike too, fk knows what my blade or 675 will feel like now.

That’s my old hunting ground (lived in East Chisenbury), love the road from Pewsey to marlborough.

Great to see you do it on a bike like that too!
