160 mile round trip last Sunday, love it . More fun on this thing than I had on my 2014 rsv4 factory and twice as much work, the only problem is my wrist actually hurts from twisting the throttle to the stop everywhere biggrin
I have a 97 Harada Replica with 2400 miles on it.

Such awesome machines to ride. First bike I got my knee down on roads and wasn't actually trying to. Just telepathic round the turns

Great Pics!

OP Can you make a video or recording of giving it beans (on the racetrack of course) please? wink I just love the sound of proper V4s like these end of line VFRs once they are unleashed with a different can.. the 800 Vtecs sound cool but not quite as cool due to lack of gear driven cams.

A bloke in a village near to me runs the BSA goldstar owners club

They had a meeting at the village hall

Fantastic sounds and smells

You'd never know...Its amazing how many bikes actually get reversed into, its happened to me once , my brother and several friends.

Not for me chap... it doesn't suit my riding, the heat is absolutely insane from the exhaust and seemed to get worse the more you rag it, the side-stand is diabolical, the throttle cannot make its mind and the brakes were average at best. Handled well, but you were very aware how tall the bike is as you sit on it, not in it... and fk me was it loud - ridiculous!

I really like early GSX-R's Kev.

Do you keep all of these projects once completed?

Yes I've kept pretty much all of them,

Podman, the pictures flatter it tbh though it would probably pass an mot apart from the front calipers pissing out fluid
On the plus side the engine does sound pretty good but it will be stripped and checked

I think I am going to build a mez mellor replica, loved this bike at the time
