Aragon booked for september next year and already booked on Brno in june.

Should have been getting ready for the jerez trip with NL at the minute, 4 euros missed this year in total! Fingers crossed for a more successful 2021.

1.39 is a good time Birky looking at your photo's your style has changed a lot for the better since I was on track with you. I've not been on track there since, so 3 years.

Nearly 40, I'd love to be that young again, keep at it and have fun because one day you'll be an old fart like me.
That makes two of us then hehe

Getting bored of not being able to track or mx. Euro track day was cancelled. Got Andalucía booked Feb fingers crossed

Fairings below got damaged when I crashed March 2019 so had them repaired but remainder of 2019 and track days this year has battered them (Its mad how much the fairing get mullered on track) so had a few spare bits and gave it a freshen up

Since this pic got a fresh seat foam on. Bought 20mm thinking I had that last time - realised its twice as thick now but at least I've have a comfy botty

Still got tyres 2/3rd worn from last track day and oil done 2 track days (I change every 4). Thinking do I just do it and put everything fresh on or run it as is and and change after 2nd day of Spain (I'm not being tight but oil hasn't gone that black)

Got it booked with MCT next month to give the boingers a refresh and sort the weepy for seal

Well, bikes are loaded and off on their way later next week
I’m not going to be able to relax until we’re actually there and going out on track, but all looking positive so far
Never done a euro with focussed before, abs was very impressed with just how massive the stillages are

They are the best sized stillages I’ve seen! Normally you can never get your kit bag on its well frustrating

Yeah, totally agree. The NL ones seem to be getting smaller, and if you want extra stuff, you only have the choice of another half a stillage at £240. With FE, I got most of our stuff on the stillage, and they took 4 extra wheels for me in bags for £40 cash
Shame it's a ball ache of a drive from Swindon to get to FE's drop off when NL's is literally 5 mins from my house

Evening All,

I'm thinking of booking a February Spain trip to ease the winter blues..!

I'm considering either Almeria with focused events or Cartagena with no limits.

I haven't been to either before, any opinions on which is better?

What dates Feb? I'm doing andulucia 4th Feb

If it was a choice between the two you said I'd do Almeria all day long. I didn't flow at cartagena as much although it's a great track you're just always leaning while accelerating or braking. I'm a bit more 20p piece type ride so struggled a bit

Ive done both and would go for Almeria.

The hotel that focused use is way nicer than the one that NL use. There’s also generally less people on the focused data compared to NoLimits I find which means the quality of track time is much better.

Only downside I found with focused is the amount of time they need the bikes for which can be 2-4 weeks each side of the event, although this might have changed now

I hadn't considered Andalucia, happy to throw that in to the mix as well.

Whats the general feeling on Almeria vs Andalucia?

Do you consider them mickey mouse circuits?

I did Portimao a few months back which was epic, I realise they arent going to be anywhere near that league but thought it might be a decent way to shorten the gap to when the UK scene opens back up again.

Far from it, the facilities aren’t up there admittedly and you haven’t got the posh run-offs but the circuit itself is right up there in my opinion!!

Got my fingers crossed I’ll be back there early February.

I personally think its pants and would wait a few weeks and go elsewhere, if my only experience was Portimao and I then rocked up at Almeria, I'd be gutted .... and before anyone asks, yes, I have ridden .....

Do you think some of that is how the place looks? Riding a top gp circuit with all the flash facilities does make it a lot better experience. I genuinely love the circuit myself though.
