Bought it at the show last sunday, had a flick through the book, but will read and watch it thoroughly over christmas, first impressions they are alot easier to follow, without all the definitions of words etc that ToTW seems to go in for, almost over complicating and making it less accessible. There is a definite dig in the front under the myths section at twist of the wrist (ToTW).
Got a good deal on both at the show, and had them signed by Simon whilst I was there

Ever since I "had" Simon for a day's training in Spain, he's been a hero of mine. Not only a silly quick rider still, but one of the nicest people I have ever met. Generally interested in your biking and even passed on a get well card to a mate whan I was poorly.
Top, top bloke.
Just what other mates have said when they did the same as you Nick.Top, top bloke.
will report back after reading the book and watching the DVD

Interesting. What's opposite to CSS?
And what was the dig at ToTW?
CSS reckons that the most important thing on the circuit is the corners, Motovudu says its the straightsAnd what was the dig at ToTW?
CSS reckons you should be able to get your fist between your tank and wedding vegetables, Motovudu says you should press the vegetables against the tank.
at the start of the motovudu book there are some 'myths' which Simon trys to dispell. some of the myths seem to line up with CSS teachings. However, everything is subjective and a bit of reading between the lines will suggest they are both right. probably.
Got my book and DVD today. Just watching it. I must say that it does disagree with a lot of the teaching of CSS. I have to say Simons teachings make much more sense to me. There doesn't seem to be much in the book which isn't in the DVD though I'm happy to add that to my bookcase. The footage is much better than TOTW DVDs and I'd highly recommend this for anyone starting out on track or trying to get better. I guess as with any of these type of titles there is no magic formula but for me it confirmed some things I thought and also explains a few of the myths.

got to agree with this after watching the DVD also Dragging this one up a bit, but got the book through yesterday and have tried out his suggestion of sitting right up against the tank, as opposed to further back and I don't know if it's just this or the fact that my new Gixxer is totally wikkid, but cornering feels a lot better now and I'm really chucking the bike about with a greater degree of confidence.
