bloody theory test

went to do my bike theory test tonite , guy demanned to see my license even though it was book thourgh dsa and he had my driver no.
My point is surely as long was i have proof of identiy , passport that i do not have to show a driving license , end of the day it is a theory test not practical so there fore you are not on the roads so do not require a license anyway .
Do you have to show your license to these types of numpties as his card showed that he did not even work for dsa but some third party company.
Third part of rant , called dsa and they said that i don't have a b1 on my license so have to do thoery test , looking at license b1 is a milk float , what the flock has that got to do with a bike
also reading there sh!t book it says that a car driver doesnot have to do the test
has anyone else had these problems and some advice please before i go nuclear on these floocker tommorow morn

had to change my test date so that has cost me another 46 badgers ,
as to theproof of idenity i had me passport there and i do look like the photo , yes i am that hideous ,
