Question about insurance from a newbie

Hello

I have never owned a motorbike.

I'm looking at getting a Suzuki M800 (the "cruiser" style bikes).

Now since this is an 805 cc motorbike, do you think I would actually get insurance for it if it was my first bike?
Or would I have to have run say a 125 cc bike for a while first?

I'm 33 and obviously would need to get my license first.
