Replacing helmet

We all know helmets don't last for ever, and they ain't cheap.....

So how's about this for a solution.

Home contents insurance - "Oh Mr insurance man, while in the garage getting on my bike I accidently dropped my helmet on the concrete floor and it's now unsafe - please replace it or give me the money for it" !

Home contents insurance, because the no claims loss wouldn't be as much as your actual bike policy, and it's a Suomy Gunwind that is in question not a £25 Lidls special !

I'll conceed the honesty thing.......it was of course hyperthetical !
