Cleaning a minging bike?

Currently my VFR is filthy, the exhaust is covered in road crud, and the swingarm/centrestand etc is covered in black gunge.

Can someone recommend products to me that work that are available on the high street? I have a bad back so hours of scrubbing is off the cards.

Failing that, anywhere in the NorthWest that 'details' bikes? I'm selling it so need it looking good
