updated the wiki with north and south convoy details.

We can decide meting points on the south route depending on whos joining, in the past we have met up at J3 M3 and gone xcountry ish to high wycombe on the M40, but could go around the m25 if need be. All went up the m1 last year though, i'm easy either way

CM is on the wrong side for the M1 meeting point really, he will have to go a bit out of the way to meet us

best bet what ive done in the past to drive with the convoy, is to head further south down the M40 and wait at the services till the southern lot pass by, and cruise in with them, or you can hack over to the A5 by Hinckley we meet there first before dropping onto the M1, driving to junction 15 and meeting the londoners

A5/M69 junction is <20 miles from me. Sounds good.

Unless us southerners take a different tack and head up the M1 we will probably stop for a piss at cherwell services as we get off the M40 so no problems if anyone wants to meet there . If we are running late and not desperate we can always call whoever is waiting and they can join us on the A43.

ill just send the southern run bunch of tickets to Dave to save some stamp licking ?

anyone else coming up the M1 from London direction? were meeting at the Northampton services junction 15a Northbound side, for the cruise across the A43 to Silverstone

Fine by me Neil... we just need to clarify who is definitely tagging along with us... I think xyyman is, but not certain as the wiki was a bit messed up.

I've added the idea to the wiki for you.
