I was thinking of this as the Proposed southern route, does anyone have any objections or do we need extra meeting stops. (don’t really want to add to many as our most southerly member will already be leaving at about 6:30!) it will likely mean we will miss the GT warm up but for those that want to can see the lambos or just spend the time catching up before the main event at 11:30.

07:30 Meet in Bagshot (M3 J3) Exact location to be scouted out
A322 to Bracknell
A329M to M4
M4 to A404 Maidenhead (call NeilFishing to depart)
A404 to High Wycomb (M40)
08:00 M40 – Cherwell (adjust speed for meet up with neilsfishing)
08:35 Arr Cherwell, Stop and regroup, tickets etc
08:45 A43 to Silverstone
09:00 Arr Silverstone

Dave (V10BAT) not sure where you are exactly so not sure if there is somewhere you can loiter to join on the road around bracknell (maybe the beefeater at twin bridges?) or if you mind backtracking to bagshot

Should I read that Arr Silverstone as, Arr like a Pirate? Or is it Arr, as in Arr in surprise and alarm?

The only reason I ask is that International Talk Like a Pirate Day isn't until September 19th... So you're getting in a bit early there... http://www.talklikeapirate.com/howto.html

infield parking pass/stickers arrived today, the organisers have asked they are attached to your window screen prior arrival at the gates, to speed entry and show the marshalls which way to send us, youll receive them with your entrance tickets on the day

we are parked in the same area as last year, in between the porsche and corvette club

RT Dave is going to dish out the tickets/passes and collect the payment off the M40 lot en route, and ill do the same at the M1 services, so please have the correct used notes wink i dont want a pocketful of coins - £15 per adult

cheers
Neil
