37 received a lot of damage during saturdays race, Colin has some pics before it was loaded onto the Zakspeed trailor, he's reckon about £20K just to replace the Carbon panels, it also had some frame damage, so quite an expensive shunt

36 started the race in tenth, climbed its way forwards, but then came together with a ford GT when it tried to overtake the viper, Dave posted the pics of some of the wheel damage on the previous page, showing the rear wheel pushed in and the front wheels destroyed, it was lifted back to the pits on a lorry

not a good weekend for Zakspeed, me thinks......
thanks for the pics Nigel

what you dont really appreciate watching from the stands in the pace these cars go and maintain, the winning morgan averaged 157.56 kmph

I was giving it some beans. I did not see his warning lights. He did have a top speed of what he clocked me at and I have to say I was extremely embarrassed and apologised prefusely. I swore I will never do that sort of speed again and have to add I was shocked.

This was a real learning curve for me and it was a lesson learned.
There is too much to loose.
And I for one cannot afford to loose it.

Thank you, to you and your Viper gang for letting me tag along. They really did look great.
Wish you all well.

feeling so lucky I bought a lotto ticket for sat

The speed has not actually quoted anywhere.
