Well mine is running again. A little shakedown and a few checks and i should be good to go.
I plan to set off before 6am Sunday. Its over 240 miles for me. Google says 4 hours 7 mins.
See you in the cafe for a fry up before 9:30

Derek how do you set the front and rear suspension and air pressures for the strip? last time i kept loosing the back end ,maybe the rear end was to stiff . Would i be anywhere near with 25psi front and around 12psi rear ? and suspension front set like for a track day and rears for the road ,soft and comfy .

I have it the wrong way round stiff front ,soft rear so it digs in .
Peters right. If you have the rear soft then the suspension just absorbs the weight transfer at launch. If the rear is stiff that force is transferred pushing the tyres into the track better. On set the front as soft as possible and the rear hard. Just make sure the front tyres are up to normal pressure and i would say 14 psi is low enough to maximimise the contact patch on the rears without them getting too loose.
Its always going to be difficult getting enough grip from road tyres with you trying to put over 350 bhp through them.
