There is going to be one area of modification needed for members in the UMCC club biglaugh

You will need easy access to your smoking jacket ,pipe and slippers laugh
Do you have any idea how difficult it is to find a smoking jacket these days?
For that matter, to buy a decent pipe, or a good pair of men's slippers?

Probably a damned sight easier than making your tyres fit though, from what I can see smile

It has been noted that Mr JD is certainly one of the most unholy of the unholys.

He must be nearly ready to drive it by now surely?

No update on his site for months!

On the plus side if I dare mention it, I'm only waiting for a throttle body gasket kit from the states and my car will be, (short of a remap!) finished..........for now rolleyes.

That's good news Peter.
I imagine that even the heavily modified Chimaeras are more fun to drive, than to work on. biggrin

Yes, even I will wish you luck in the last furlong smile

When I accepted my fate after the breakdown of my cam followers etc, I have really enjoyed the last four weeks or thereabouts twiddling in the garage.

Making up lots of brackets and making non standard stuff fit the chim was very rewarding, I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Jeez I think I'm in, original front end but going through engine re build as we speak, 4.6 cross bolted crank, all standard every where, oupps I've just had an alley rad fitted, am I in or out I'm confused, lol. Mines a 2000 model and as she was meant to be, black hoses for a start! Mind you customising is different from modifiying? There all customised from day one!

These plastic chambers you can buy, get a grip it's foul, keep it in thinking and it's fine. Adapt the original if you want more flow! Dom does a lovely number, ha ha ha, I've wanted a brand new motor for years and now me tiv will have one, see you on a sprint, country lane, beach road soon, yee ha.
