And whose is the rear engined Ocean Haze Chimaera in the fourth photo above?
Did it go faster with the weight over the rear wheels?

Fastest time was Barrie which was fantastic!
Derek scored a personal best on this engine.
I did a 12.15 on road tyres and a 0 to 60 foot Of 1.77
Neal put up some really good times but of course was struggling for traction with all that power.

And lots more.

For me Alun (classi) was the star of the show, as when he pulled up to the line and the lights went he'd selected reverse and shot backwards instead of launching forwards nearly running over a marshall! I laughed so much it hurt. Top man.

My mate did that in the 80's at the Pod did he get a roasting from the crowd but in a good way he has never lived that one down, one guy said reaction time was spot on though ...... mainly from the stands well done Alun

What a brilliant weekend. I have not laughed so much, had tears rolling down my cheeks and stomach ache. Never thought Alun was backwards in coming forward and he proved me right.
