I cannot take any credit for making or installing my roll bar, all done by prev owner . Fairly chunky, but doesn't really interfere with access to the rear shelf. Also 4 point harness attaches to it. just thought I would share.
Awesome rebuild

not sure what the above post means perhaps the poster would enlighten me?
started the emerald wiring got the signal wires and 12v feeds all soldered up and fed through the braided conduit and through the holes i machined in the inlet manifold so no wiring showing only loops up to the individual injectors.

well here we go again, got lots of the emerald wiring done all the injectors which have been threaded through the valley then up through the holes i machined all those weeks ago to keep it as neat as i can,all the coil packs again up through the holes from the valley, the trigger wheel sensor all in there respective conduits plus i have soldered all the joints as the crimps seem fine but you never know,i also fitted all the blower pipes to and from the intercooler, alternator bracket, the catchment tank bracket and tank, i have fitted the heat shields i made to extend the protection along the inner wings, looking quite busy under there now.

Hi John, I would strongly recommend you not fit the ATS where you have it fitted at present frown on that part of the intake it will heat soak like a bd especially on hot restarts IMO wink

I have been thinking of that i have got an insulating gasket between the plenum and the manifold plus the sensor is fitted in a large tufnel bush so was hoping it would not suffer to badly but any experiences much appreciated, part of the reasoning was if the gasket is effective and as heat rises i thought the lower section the best place not sure where else to site it.
