Anyone familiar with the AP clutch numbering sytem?

Interested what the difference would be between a CP4216-3 and a CP4216-4 if anyone knows (both 23 spline ceramic 6-paddle sprung-hub driven plates of 240mm dia and 8.38 thickness) - need a quick and dirty clutch fix to see the summer out (and prolly gearbox too)...
