Adrian Venn / Wiper motors etc.
Discussion
Too many shysters out there who'll charge top whack for a bodge job
Adrian Venn is NOT one of them.
Turned my wiper motor round same day - I'd asked him for a new one @ £160 +
He refurbed mine to as good as new (his words) for £50 all in inc new park switch.
A main dealer charged me for parts and labour to replace the park switch within the last 2 months. Clearly they didn't actually do the work. Again.
Nice to find an honest man - his details are http://www.exactly-tvr.demon.co.uk/

How do you remove it ..? mine works perfect when the blades are off the screen and when the screen is very wet but struggles to get back to the correct position and stops at the same place ,half way across the screen, the only way to get it to the correct position is to lift ,nudge or give it a spray .The park switch must work because it goes to the correct place if i keep the screen wet..
It must be weak !is it the motor.? Im surprised it`s not off another car looks very similar to the Spitfire motor..
mine is the MK1 heard some have different motors..
that's more or less what the problem was with mine, Daz. It's on a 98 car,yet the one on my 94 430 was better !It must be weak !is it the motor.? Im surprised it`s not off another car looks very similar to the Spitfire motor..
