Electric column assisted steering - 1996 Chimaera

Hi all,
I know this has been spoken about many times, but I have searched and not found clear results.

Which is the better choice, the Corsa B or the Corsa C Electric Power Steering, to retrofit to a 1996 Chimaera?

Has anyone ever written up the modification with some guidance of do's and don'ts?

Is that 650 for the DCE parts or does that include the fabrication work?
