Not sure if this has been done before, but I was wondering how accurate the performance figures were for our Chims, ( and the other models), having read the BHP real world figures from some of you guys.
So,,,,, does anyone tried out their best 0-60 and top speed figures for the 4, 4.5 (mine) and 5 ltrs.
All I know is that my speedo shows 40 in first before I need to change to 2nd, but have not gone over 100mph yet!! just be intersting to know if it can really do 160 top speed!

Chris ( who's Chim has just about thawed out on the drive!)

0-60 times are indeed tricky . In the dry, I can accelerate to 40 in no time before changing, which can be tricky to do quickly . But, at 40, when I look in the rear view mirror, all the other cars seem to be motionless!! I say in the dry because I tried it Sunday and all I got was massive wheelspin, coupled with massive judder and a stern look from my other half .
I thought the limiter kicked in earlier for first, unless my rev counter or speedo are out by a long way!!, but I have tried this several times now, and always the same results!
