water from the behind the dash

I have noticed that the carpet in front of the center heater vents is getting wet, the bit where the electric windows are worked from!!
Now know that the water is from the window washers so there must be a t piece in the water pipe behind the dash that has come apart or the pipe has split or melted on something
Has anyone had this happen before and can give directions to get behind there or shall i just forget the window washers and stay away from the car or truck in front and leave this on the jobs to do list

Craig Thanks for the reply, Chim is 3 years old and i can see no other reason for water than this t piece parting under preasure from the blockage of the little holes in the rubber pipe at the window wiper,Have you had the same or similar problem or are you talking from knowing someone else with this problem, I feel that i must invest in a bible and get in there sooner or later thanks Ron

Ah super glue was wondering how to stop it parting again when i get in there
