I am sure this has been mentioned before but I've done a serach and turned up nothing.

Chim N reg 95 - Foxguard alarm.

If I park t int garage as usual - no problem.

If I park it in layby outside house on the road - busy village, every big lorry that thunders through sets the alarm off. Vibrations, wind drag etc.

I remember I think that you can change the sensitivity setting of the alarm if it goes off too easily, so that it errr.... doesn't go off too easily.

Any help appreciated. as I'm getting knackered rushing to the kitchen window to check it's not being nicked.

trefor said: There is an adjustment thingy on the microwave sensor. Undo the rear of the centre console and lift it up, you should find the sensor module hiding under about where your elbow rests.

Thanks T/.

Vaguely remember in another thread it being mentioned which way to turn it - trial and error I suppose!

Thanks all.
