Rocker gear

Can anyone confirm that the rockers in a 4L Serpentine (95 Chim) are standard Rover gear? If changing these out is there any mileage in fitting steel ones.

Thanks all for your input, I think it'll have to be steel ones as I have a bad rocker arm just now. Have read the 'Bible' from cover to cover (sad??) and it's excellent but unfortunately I don't have it with me at the mo. It's proved invaluable for looking after an 8 year old Chim.
