Insurance Write offs.

What sort of offer shold i make on the car, It does need a little clean. The problems i found are.
1. Passenger door lock / button doesnt work outside.
2. Its got a tacky radio fascia panel, hand made effort.
3. Inside of hood, the carbon fibre face has a knock on it on passenger side.
4. No service history for last two years since write off. But only done 1800 miles since write off.
5. Repaired by his local garage but does look a good job.
6. Front wish bones are a bit rusty.
7.Leather seats are quite cracked.
8.Inside needs a really good clean to make more hygenic.
These problems you might say are normal, and would like some advice on what the value would be, all the tidying up bits are possible.
