Bit of leather around gear lever

Hi,
I'm sure there's a more technical term for it!!

My '93 Chim has a pretty spotless interior apart from splits in the leather around the gear stick, handbrake etc. Where could I get this? how easy is this to replace or how expensive would it be to get it replaced
