I agree it's a good looking car... I'm lucky it's not my every day car so when I take it out at the weekends it's bliss...It drives like a car (more than) half it's age, smooth, fast, excellent handling and an amazing soundtrack.... I've been thinking about replacing it but I'm not sure what to get... I rather like the 5.0 GT Mustang .

Took mine for a wash earlier as the sun was out.
I use it as a daily, but only have a small commute. MPG isn't great, as i only get about 13 - 14 MPG, but that's all around town as i hardly go on any motorways down here.
It's comfy, sounds great (custom exhaust) but it is also big and heavy so handeling isn't great. Before this i had a Clio sport 182 and that was far more fun. I don't find myself wanting to take the R out just for a spin around the country roads, as it's just not that type of car. Am currently looking for something fun for alongside it to use on weekends (Elise, VX220, Boxster S, that type of car).
Also, next car will definitely be a manual again, or at least semi auto with flappy paddle, as eventhough this 6speed auto box isn't bad, it's also not very exciting to drive.
For some reason, haven’t taken many photos of mine, here’s one at work when I thought it looked all moody and such.
Nearly-base-spec XJ luxury diseasel. Not even sure which options were ticked from the factory - not many, it seems.
Still, it’s a big jag, and definitely one of my favourite cars, a selection of people have told me I’m too young for it, 26 for those keeping score, but it appealed to me more than the stereotypical car that a yoof ‘should’ get.
Not 100% happy with it, it’s a 2011, so is plagued with a slightly crashy ride, fixed on 2013 models, according to Wikipedia, and a slow touch screen, which can be easily (but not cheaply, it seems) retrofitted. I’ve already decided that I’d like a newer model, so man maths has told me that the first problem it develops (private sale, no warranty) it’s a sensible choice to flog it and upgrade to a better example!

The SVR looks fantastic .. makes me question my decision on the deposit I have on the new TVR at similar money. Also interesting to watch Top Gear last night with the SVR, Mclaren and Mustang.
Different cars though, SVR is an every day very use friendly sports, GT, supercar. TVR is more a weekend dry weather car being RWD and super light.
You kind of need both!
