Really! I just called my dealer and they havent been told a price yet. He did say that they have been told very broadly that Coupe is 60k and Conv is 65k, but not definite specable prices. Which dealer you at?

Yes, thanks.

I cant believe they have pitched the basic price above that of a 911, however you do get a phenominal amount of kit as standard (which would probably cost an extra £6k on a porker). Still, very nervous of how the residuals will cope, especially seeing as the car is almost £10k more than its predecessor.

The basic price for a Coupe is £58,995 which includes sat nav ,rear park ,bluetooth etc. The outgoing car is around £52k if I remember correctly.

The basic price for the outgoing car is £49,995. The basic price for the new car is £58,995 but there is a no choice option which is about £700 i seem to remember.

I'm number 2 on my dealers list, and I cant see why he hasnt received any prices or given me timings yet!

The current price for base XK is over £51k as stated on Jags Website and I think that excludes delivery but not sure!

That is the "S" special edition. If you look a little further down the page on the Jag site, you see the bog standard version is £49,995.

Hi thanks for reply.
I had a 6 series also and lost £13850 in 8 months - never again. Had a DB9 that I sold for the same price I paid for it after 3000 enjoyable miles - now that's good value. :-)

Do you not reckon there is a chance that the XK will follow the 6series depreciation? I reckon you'll lose 10k in the 1st yr.
