XKR front bumper

Hi chaps, I went to see a black XKR last night, the front bumper had a couple of light scrapes but was pretty crazed & the paint quite dull, other than that immaculate. Bumper will be sprayed if I buy it but is crazing/dullpaint normal after a front scrape or anything more sinister?

Other than that the car looked pretty much immaculate.

Having a blowby test done also, its a 99T with 43k miles, serviced 3000 miles ago so hopefully ok.

Does 19k sound reasonable for a black cab, standard wheels, cant really see many options, were there many ?
