Programming Immobilizer for 1999 XJR Ignition Key (chipped)

My 3rd key suddenly stopped working although the remote FOB still works perfectly. Can anyone tell me how to reprogram so that the key will work again? I'm aware of the procedure for programming the remote FOB but have never seen any for the key itself.

Thanks for that info. I'll have to get it taken care of next time I take it in for a lube.
