I've just paid the early termination fee(2 months) and it should be gone in the next 2-3 weeks.
It'll be a shame to see it go as it has been a practical car, the quote to purchase it today with 13k on the clock is still 22.2k.
I'm hoping the return process will be straight forward enough. The tyres are close to the markers so I'm hoping they won't charge me.

Could you pick when you want it picking up? I have yet to organise my pickup, but I need it gone before the end of the month. It'll be a shame to see it go as it has been a practical car, the quote to purchase it today with 13k on the clock is still 22.2k.

Emeye - yes you can choose a window to suit you pretty much within reason and when they have availability. I got one within a few days. They come to inspect first then take away. I booked both appointments at the same time. You can make the call now and book it in. Painless service.
Getting rid early also saved me 2 new tyres and a service.

Fellow Alltrack owners - due to an sudden unexpected change of circumstances, I have had to cancel my Tiguan lease.
I am now torn between buying an old Volvo I have seen, and extending my Alltrack lease for 3 months - has anyone else extended at the same baragin rate? If I extend I will have to pay for a service and I may have to change some of the tyres, so it may not be worth it....

Typically, with weeks to go until mine goes back, wifey had a minor accident which involved the door on my car coming together with the wind mirror on her Volvo in the strong wind we have been having recently.
There are some surface marks on the black pillar trim at the rear of the front door - anyone know if is that painted or coated plastic? I am hoping it will t-cut out....

Mine is due to be inspected on Friday with collection the following Wednesday.
Finger crossed it's a smooth process.
The only issues to my knowledge that could be called up are the front tyres which are around 2.5mm
A chip on the windscreen(not in drivers view) that has been repaired by autoglass however it wasn't the best repair in the world!
I have the receipt for this work so hopefully shouldn't be a problem according to their T&Cs
