Really like those wheels, by far the best i've seen on an R.
On the subject of the quad pipes & given i saw a few yesterday, are they similar to the fateful Lexus ISF in that only 2 are actually exhausts & the other 2 are purely for show? Reason i ask is on the ones i've seen it's very obvious that the inner pipes are coked up whilst the outer pipes are nice & shiny which would lead be to believe the outer pipes are only for show?

Are they really necessary though? It's purely a design decision I think. For example, I've got the milltek upgrade on my MkIV R, and the tips are a little larger to fill the cut outs in the valance. The diameter of the pipe drops slightly about 20 mm in when it gets to the 'real' system. It's also a 3.2 engine, compared to the smaller FI 2 litre of the MkVII R. Whilst I realise you cannot just exhaust capacity merely on engine size, it still strikes me as overkill.
I think they'd look nicer with just twin, but larger bore pipes. In my opinion ofc etc. and so forth. Realise this has prolly already been done to death. Have no wish to ignite a religious war.

I unplugged the exhaust flap controllers and have all 4 open the whole time. Has a nice deep throaty sound once warm, pops and farts when giving it some beans in the lower gears, despite being a manual (no DSG auto-fart). Teamed with an unplugged sound actuator it's so much better than standard!
