Thanks to my Case Manager at SEAT I now have a lovely Cupra 300 waiting for me right now at Pentagon Oldham SEAT. Put a smile on a face after only hearing yesterday that my car wasn't due to be built until week 8 next year!! Haven't had the best experience so far but at least they have sorted it out for me. Just need to wait 2 weeks until I'm back from Offshore

My order date was 13th July. Unconfirmed build week of Week 11 2018!!!!! Which is a 35 week lead time to the build date never mind the extra 4 weeks for delivery.
Now im not sure what to think. I can buy a scrapper as a run around when exisiting lease goes back in December and pocket the savings for a few month and possibly end up with any of the new build year features that may happen (Virtual Cockpit etc if im lucky) or be extremely pissed off and kick off for an earlier build week
Im in the same boat too - ordered July 31st, can't even give me a date yet - sitting with a case manager who sends me lots of texts with no useful info in them at allMy order date was 13th July. The case manager is ringing me tomorrow. he was quite precise! 26/9 between the hours of 11-1. Im not fussed about waiting but surely the lead times are communicated to dealers at tsome point to give at least a rough idea. i was told 19 but will be closer to 40 if that build week is confirmed.

te, just had a really good look through the contract and it states colour as "white" 😨 I ordered mystery blue and my order form says mystery blue in large letters. I'll give them a bell tomorrow to see if the car is actually white or just admin error. If it is white and the white looks okay I may accept it but they are gonna have to chuck in some free servicing or something as it's not a colour I would have picked at all.

Can't email you mate. Try calling Seat Wolverhampton, ask for Scott and tell him James sent you. Otherwise Seat Chippenham was the other dealer I saw mentioned, but haven't spoke to them.
