What are our options if delivery ends up to be in November not September or October as quoted? My motor goes back mid September, think can live without a car for 4 weeks but definitely not till November and beyond. Is cancellation a option? Will my £360 fee get refunded?
Delivery is only ever estimated, unless it’s a stock deal in my experience. See Clause 10 & 13 of t&c’s

Just received:
"The latest update on your order shows that your vehicle is awaiting a build slot allocation, which means an October delivery is the current ETA. "
Have extended current lease to end of Sept, might have to stretch it to the end of Oct now..

Agree, more pics, got one of virtual dash in Google map mode? Still not seen this.
Going to go to local audi for a nose round next week.
Arrival day, my Glacier White metallic A5 Sportback S-Line 35 TDI on a 3+23 from Huddesfield Audi.
Major tech improvement on my outgoing A5 Sportback 40 TFSI from 2018MY. Basic sound system is far better than the old. No sub in the boot floor (stupid place for it resonating on metal against a battery!). Bass doesn't distort as much, slightly richer sound and now compliments the treble tone (if set correctly and correct front / rear fader set up).
35 TDI is very peppy for a 163 PS (compared to the 190PS on my 2018MY TFSI. I'm very impressed. Can't tell the difference.

Very jealous right now... Got the same email from RGW this morning saying October is still the ETA. Fingers crossed!Major tech improvement on my outgoing A5 Sportback 40 TFSI from 2018MY. Thanks, folks
£292 against a 3+23 off 6k miles p/a with metallic thrown in. Should have been £372 or £316 on Audi Loyalty. I got the Audi Loyalty deal but £24 cheaper.
Fab engine. Far better basic sound system. Engine is very smooth and peppy in Dynamic mode. Forget the motoring journos writing touchscreen display is a step back and they want a scroll wheel. When it comes to inputting details / destinations you've done it in second verses minutes on a scroll wheel. If someone told you to pen an email on a scroll wheel, you'd laugh at them and get a keyboard like this car has!
In all, circa £4-5k of kit that was optional extras n 2017>2019 is now standard in 2020 > with the 2017>19MY S5 alloy design now standard fit on S-Line!

By the way, if you have a solid white coming, it is hard to tell the difference between that and my metallic white. I had them side by side as I waited for the old A5 to be collected and it is hard to tell. Save the £675 on the option - glad I got it free now!
That's good to know as I've got solid white.Yours may look nicer when the sun shines on it.
If you get a second would you mind sharing some pics of virtual cockpit and your thoughts on this. Thanks

Looks real good, thanks for your thoughts on the facelift, good to hear about the stereo being pretty good and good point about the touchscreen, how does it look inside now with the new glossy black trim and touchwheel gone, does it still look classy, I was concerned about the glossy bits as I prefer matt plastic but maybe it looks more modernGassing Station | Audi, Seat, Skoda & VW | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
