Mine came up with the countdown at the 11 month mark which I reset myself (after confirming that this was just a time based reminder and that my car was on variable servicing).What’s the car saying? I’m fairly sure mine started with something like “30 days until oil change”.

I called up to extend back in May (I had called before and they said I need to be within 6 months of the contract ending).They extended me informally for 6 months on the same terms, but I’ve read about others only being able to extend for 3. Have you tried speaking to them?

I spoke to them over email and they said I need a SLI number to show I’ve ordered another VAG car and then they’ll consider a 6 month extension!
As for the service I did one at Audi around 1 yr 9k miles as it prompted me.. it’s going to come in again in 3k miles.. I’m thinking of just resetting it as the car would have done 18k miles by then!

Haven’t booked in yet, as it’s a little early to be getting it done but I’m due a couple of long road trips soon and I’ve only got the car for a maximum of 9 months from now, so I’m going to get it done ASAP.
I think it’s a bit of a steep quote, but probably in line with other main dealers for this type of service?

Tried to tell me that brake fluid would be due at the 2 year mark (it’s not, it’s 3 years as far as I can tell).When I called up to get it booked in I was told a different price (£388), and then another different price when they failed to call me back and I had to chase them up (£455).
After some strong words I’ve got it booked in for the original price. But I’ll be taking a good amount of photos before it goes in to them!
Car is currently in for service (few months before the 2 year mark). They flagged the brake fluid change being required at the 2 year mark and quoted £109 (lol).
Anyone been told they need brake fluid changed after 2 years? Mixed messages online about 2/3 year intervals.
Most common thing I can see is initial change at 3 years, then every 2 years after that.

Audi Southampton £267.60 was the final invoice price. There was a hefty % discount applied to the labour part of the bill.I think if they’d quoted me correctly the first time round, I’d have not got them any lower than the £455.
Optional extras they tried me to agree to (while it was in the garage):
Brake Fluid Change (fairly positive this doesn’t need doing until year 3?) - £105
AC Service “due at 2 years” - £109
New wipers - £58.58
