B9 A4 - headlamp adjustment for continent?

It's known as a Z pattern (horizontal each side of a little kick up in the beam) and is pretty much common on all LED and Xenon lamps.
Technically the lamps are legal in the UK and Europe because the beam doesn't glare the wrong side of the road (allegedly) however in our A4 (2013) the meter has the option for continental driving where it lowers the whole beams by some margin to eliminate glare, does yours have that?
There's nothing in the books, nothing on the lamps themselves and nothing in the MMI.
