forge charge cooler

I have the above fitted to my 1.8 20v t motor at the moment it produces 330 bhp and the c/cooler handles it fine. I have just bought a turbo which should give me 420-440bhp will it still be ok ?

Just had crank pistons and rods change for fully forged items
