Remapping audi TT

Anyone had any bad experiences after remapping a TT? want the extra power but dont want my engine blowing up in 6 months!

Does anyone know any ways of totally turning of the ESP, so it doesnt constantly come on everytime you want to have some fun?

yeah its a 225 quattro, the tyres are getting a bit low which may be why mine keeps flashing on.
